GTA 6 communities and Discord servers are where players organize before, during, and after launch. This hub lists crews, fan communities, roleplay server Discords, modding groups, and content creator hubs for GTA 6. Unlike the mod categories, communities do not need a PC version or mod tools to exist, so this is the one section that can fill up before the game ships. The game launches November 19, 2026 on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S, and a lot of the early planning, recruitment, and theorycrafting is already happening in Discord servers right now. Roleplay servers recruit staff and whitelist members here. Modding teams coordinate here. Crews build rosters here. We sort listings by focus, including roleplay, freeroam and PvP, racing, modding, and general fan communities, so you can find a server that matches what you actually want to do. Each listing links to a live invite where one is available. Community owners and Discord admins can submit their server now to get in front of players who are looking for somewhere to land at launch.
